I've tried Chrome and IE - when I click the green download now thing, it opens a popup that won't load, I get 'cannot display page' errors. Possible that the site is having issues. Maybe give it a few minutes before you try again. Disable any pop-up blockers you might be running. That's all I can think of. Hope it helps. Edit: the link won't open for me either.
